An organization's memory is not any individual's memory

Agents that remember nothing between runs repeat the same clarifying questions and the same mistakes forever. Agents that remember everything individually build private, divergent, unauditable pictures of the same organization.

What a network of this shape needs is shared memory with rules: one place the organization's knowledge lives, readable by every agent before it acts, writable under permissions rather than by convention. That is the pattern, and it is closer to a records office than to a notebook.

Why ten properties make it compulsory

A single-product company can keep its organizational memory in its people and mostly get away with it. A network where an agent may act on Flashy Social this hour and on the capital layer the next cannot: the agent has to arrive somewhere new already knowing what the group has decided.
