Q1 2025Merger of Life DeFi and Flashy Cash launches Flashy Finance. Investment secured from Quantum Fintech Group; partnership with the Lif3 network.

Q2–Q4 2025Acquisitions of Bee Mee, Funny Till U Die (now Flashy Fun), StoryFire (now Flashy Social), and Grami (now Flashy Network). Partnerships with Good Games Asia, AuCan Gold, Metaverse Group, and 25–50 university esports clubs. Dig It launches the play-for-gold narrative.

H1 2026Flashy Gold launches as the network's rewards ledger. GoldFest surpasses 500,000 gold hunters across 201 countries — all eligible to claim Flashy Gold. ClaimYour.Gold launches as the rewards portal, followed by the Telegram Mini App and the Flashy Gold API for web applications.
