Agent execution infrastructure

The operational substrate an agent workforce runs on — identity, coordination with approval gates, memory, and settlement — enforcing live what the execution protocol declares on paper.

Agent execution infrastructure is the running system underneath an agent workforce: identity for every agent, coordination with human approval gates, organizational memory, and a settlement layer that seals completed work into a verifiable record. The distinction from the execution protocol is the distinction between declared and enforced — a manifest can claim agents are revocable; only infrastructure can revoke one.

In the AAO Stack, the pieces are FlashyOS for coordination, FlashyID for identity, Flashy Mind (in design) for memory, and the settlement and reputation layer published live at flashynetwork.com. Remove any one and the others degrade: coordination without identity is unaccountable, and settlement without coordination has nothing real to seal.

The operator definition lives at flashyos.com.

Common questions

Why is this bought like infrastructure rather than like a tool?

Because it carries the governance dependency: a board can approve an agent workforce only if something assigns the work, walls the context, keeps the record, and escalates the decisions that still belong to people. Components with governance dependencies are replaced rarely and priced accordingly.

What does it accumulate that a model vendor cannot supply?

The operational record — who is authorized, what cleared, which counterparties settle clean. Model capability converges and gets cheaper; the settled record only compounds, and it cannot be re-downloaded.
